Cuando nos entregaron la suite tenía varios detalles de limpieza en el baño y las toallas estaban muy desgastadas, al comentarle al recepcionista puso muchas objeciones y ante mi postura de no querer esa suite al final nos la cambió

Que pena que te roben en lo que sales de la habitación así que aguas, utilicen la caja de seguridad hasta para lo que crean que no se pudieran llevar y claro, que alcance en la caja. Había una coladera tapada con un cartón en el baño y olía horrible Así que no lo recomiendo por la MALA ACTITUD del personal que se den a conocer por tomar lo ajeno ESPERO TOMEN EN CUENTA EL COMENTARIO Y TOMEN MEDIDAS SOBRE EL PERSONAL QUE CONTRATAN

Muy mala atención, el baño tiene mucho hongos. No nos pusieron papel higiénico ni toalla de manos. No hay vasos en el cuarto, no nos proporcionan hielo . Hubo un plato de comida frente a nuestro cuarto que estuvo ahí durante 2 días y no lo recogían. Le hace falta servicio al cuarto y por supuesto un menú mejor!

Buenas instalaciones, preciosa ubicación, comodidad, las únicas cosas que pudieran mejorar desde nuestro punto de vista es el tema de la lavandería, no había toallas y tuvimos que secarnos con la misma que se usó en la alberca, adicional el tema de la alberca había adultos comiendo en la alberca y tomando alcohol, puede ser un acto inseguro o provocar algún accidente y había menores de edad, puede ensuciarse más de la cuenta la alberca y da mal aspecto al lugar.

Las habitaciones no son tan grandes pero si son cómodas y limpias. La ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra cerca de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia.

Pool was dirty, uninvited and unappealing,bathroom by the pool dirty, no mini fridge in room , no drinking water . More of a one or two night hotel instead of family vacation type of hotel . Friendly staff,cordial and professional. Beautiful location near downtown, I will say maybe to provide bottle water to guests, keep up cleaning and maintenance in pool area to make it more appealing for families be my only suggestions.

Buenas tardes, lamentamos los inconvenientes, lamentablemente el estacionamiento es sujeto a disponibilidad. Respecto a los huéspedes que hacían ruido si se les llamo la atención, siempre tomamos en cuenta las solicitudes de nuestros huéspedes, pues es nuestra prioridad su descanso y comodidad.

Me encantó el trato amable de todos y más aún de los señores que transportaba el equipaje. Nos apoyaron con una silla de Ruedas y siempre estuvieron atentos Mil Gracias. Super servicial. En todo momento nos ayudó merecen nuestro reconocimiento, así como el personal de limpieza siempre atentos y excelente atención. La cocina aún con deficiencia de servicio que pueden y deben mejorar faltaban muchos productos que se les agotaba como el limón.pero en general muy buen Hotel. Gracias por la hospitalidad

La habitación no es como la que aparece en su página, el lavabo está dentro del cuarto y no da privacidad, la vista lateral el mala, la alberca está sucia y el restaurante está casi siempre cerrado y no te dan ni hielos no vasos
