Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut, das inbegriffene Frühstück jedoch sehr sparsam (Kaffee, Orangensaft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Joghurt, Müsli und viele Früchte), Am Wochenende kann man für 140 Pesos auf ein sehr gutes Buffet upgraden. Obwohl wir ein Familienzimmer (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) gebucht hatten, hieß es zunächst, das inbegriffene Frühstück gilt nicht für die Kinder. Wir haben dann aber argumentiert, dass die Kinder auf der Buchungsbestätigung stehen, dann war es in Ordnung. Der Pool ist schön angelegt, aber recht kalt. Das Dampfbad und das Fitnessstudio sind gut. In unserem Zimmer war der Spülkasten undicht, sodass uns immer das Badezimmer voll Wasser gelaufen ist. Das Personal könnte noch etwas gründlicher reinigen, wir hatten bspw bei Ankunft ein fleckiges Laken und ein schwarzes Haar im Bett. Parken vor der Unterkunft klappt super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Bathroom- towel rack in bathroom, soap holder in shower, and window by shower was rusted and dirty. Dirty socks were found under the bed (that were not ours), towels that were supposed to be "clean" smelled bad at times. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was safe.

Me hospedaron en el hotel del frente que pertenencia al mismo hotel , mi experiencia fue horrible No había agua caliente, el teléfono no funcionaba, me comentó otro huésped que él tampoco tenía. Por lo que el problema era de más habitaciones. Parece un hotel viejo, Busquen otras opciones, este fue horrible

Great place!
Excellent time at this hotel.. a great location next to the sites in historic Merida. Service good, cleaning staff excellent and continental breakfast adequate, not too filling. We ended up renting a car as their tour options were pricey for us.. the free Merida walking tour down the road, Progreso Beach and Chichen- Itza were 'must-see' !

I stayed here with my dog. Everything was great. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the cathedral in the historic city center. I had a car, and there was extremely easy parking directly in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Very comfortable.
The room was nice, but in a back corner with a view of a wall and the TV didn't work. The bed was so comfortable and the staff made up for much.

I had conference and book this boutique hotel instead of large ones near by hoping for unique personalized experience. This hotel is nice and our room and bathroom was very spacious and clean and greatly decorated. However the room was on the ground floor without any view as windows face wall while other windows face the small swimming pool. There was also occasional noise that travels easily if someone talks around the pool or especially if they have parties in the dinning area. Property is very small with almost no lobby space to spend time if you do not want to be in your room so my companion was stuck in a dark room while I was at conference. Staff is OK but was not very helpful to us in suggesting options or solutions when we asked them. Hotel is in a quiet area that appears run down but was very safe. Passeo Monteo fancy street is very near, just 2 blocks away and opens different views and perspective of the area. We would not come back to this hotel but would rather try another one that appears to have more lobby and common area space, a garden or view or preferentially stay those larger hotels that are very near and appear to be rated lower than this hotel where in fact they look much better and are spacious. So rating system may be misleading.

Fantastique. Excellent emplacement, Toutes les commodités y sont. Tout est quasi neuf et fonctionne bien. Belle literie et propre. Grand miroir pour se voir de pieds en cap. Plusieurs endroits tables etc pour déposer nos affaires. Séchoir, fer à repasser, planche, robe de chambre, coffre fort et même une barre multi prises. Manuel à la réception est super gentil comme tout le personnel du restaurant d’ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet malgré que ce ne soit pas un buffet. Les photos de l’hôtel sont conformes à la réalité. Le gym est génial, simple mais tout est neuf, avec serviettes et bouteilles d’eau. L’hôtel a plusieurs attentions pour ses clients, tels café en tout temps, biscuits, bouteilles d’eau.

El check in fue muy rápido, el personal de recepción y restaurante muy amable y atento. La alberca es extremadamente pequeña. La limpieza del cuarto es buena, pero un día dejaron una toalla sucia sin reemplazar.

Que Alegría llegar a un hotel donde todo funciona , pensado en la Comodidad EN TODO . Las rampas perfectas , la cama deliciosa y excelentes almohadas , el baño muy bien y pensado en todo lo que se requiere , silencioso . Elmcomedor muy agradable y buena comida . Todos son atentos , nos quedamos un día más por el amor al hotel . Encima tienen un vapor delicioso y extremadamente limpio . No consideraría ningún otro hotel en Merida más este . Para personas con problemas de movilidad es perfecto . En fin es un hotel de 10 que se queda en el corazón .

The hotel had very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean, roomy and had a great mural of the pyramids on the wall. The bathroom was neat and updated. The staff Desiree, Israel and Diego were super friendly and attentive and always greeted us and helped us arrange day tours with a great private company. My brother and Visited many places using this SUV private service. The continental breakfast included was ok and on the weekends they offered a buffet for low cost. The air conditioning in the room can be improved. The ceiling fan worked well and helped a lot. I will use this hotel again.
