Guests also have access to a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, a secure private garage, and high speed wireless internet throughout the property.

Getting around Merida is simple and convenient from our location in the historic center. For those arriving by car, we provide the added benefit of a secure private garage, ensuring your vehicle is safe throughout your stay. While many of the citys top attractions, including the famous Paseo de Montejo, are within easy walking distance, taxis and ride sharing services are readily available throughout the city for longer trips. Merida International Airport is approximately a twenty to thirty minute drive from the property depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note our house rules and policies. Check in time begins at 17:00 and check out is at 11:00. We kindly ask for your punctuality at check out, as delays beyond this time will incur a charge of 250 MXN. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 150 MXN operational fee. Early check in requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed on the day of your arrival; fees apply based on how early you wish to access the home. Please be aware that weekly maintenance for the pool and garden takes place every Tuesday morning. Our property is strictly non smoking and pets are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain this beautiful space.
