„Our stay was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a prettier location. The grounds were like a fairytale. The cabin was nice and as described. The people were very nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I think that could be improved would be the under the couch really needed to be cleaned. This isn’t noticeable unless you use the hid a bed. But this would not stop me from staying there again. Loved this trip!!!dish washer didn’t work well at all and “

„Our group had a wonder stay at The Lodge. The house is large enough to accommodate large groups without feeling like you are tripping over each other. The beds were super comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host is super attentive and responsive to his guest. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area. “

„We had a great long weekend at the cabin and enjoyed it very much. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and the bed slept just fine. Larry was an amazing host who even called me ahead of the trip to make sure I had directions just in case we lost cell service. Also, he is a very talented artist and had many of his original works hanging in the cabin. My only complaint is I didn’t have 2 cash on me as he had some of his prints for sale ...

„If you want to experience a wonderful example of our Lord's creation this cabin is perfect! Cabin is on a very private road. No one is on top of you. We celebrated the 4th of July with the fireworks show in Fort Payne that is only 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed antique shopping in Mentone and Fort Payne. „Beautiful cabin, beautiful area. I do think the word " River" in the property description is miss leading. If you arrive at property expecting to see the river as I did, you will be disappointed . You will hear it below you but definitely no sight of it. Other than that definitely 5 stars beautiful property. “
