Schönes, renoviertes Hotel. Die Balkone haben einen herrlichen Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt von Mahon. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist sehr auf Englische Kundschaft ausgerichtet und hat mir nicht so geschmeckt.

Awesome hotel. Staff was super friendly, went beyond the mile to make us feel comfortable. Awesome views and location. Breakfast was super complete and delicious. Room somehow small but the stunning view made it up.

Not enough parking spaces for customers.
75 rooms, only 14 parking spaces. You need to park away from the hotel and walk with your bags when it's full, especially at night time. The night shift receptionist parks in the car park and takes one of those 14 spaces. He is rather unwelcoming too. On the other hand, the day shift receptionists were very helpful and caring. The breakfast food's quality really needs to improve. Lovely and helpful buffet staff though. The spare bed's mattress was too soft. There isn't a toilet by the pool, you need to enter the building to go to the toilets by reception. Fantastic views and very quiet area, 10 min walk to Cales Fonts.

The truth is that it has privileged views of the port of Mahón.In relation to the car park, as you could see, we have few spaces since there is no space to create new ones. In addition, the Es Castell town hall has established an exclusive area for residents and this can make finding parking difficult. Sorry for the inconvenience.Regarding the staff, we are sorry that you had a bad perception of our night receptionist. We always try to give the best service to our guests so that they feel at home.We hope to see you again another time!

Hotel Seth did not disappoint. Greeted with a warm welcome - our room was clean and overlooked the bay with stunning views from the spacious balcony. Bed was comfortable, super soft large towels and awesome shower. Happily we were out and about most days as by breakfast most of the sunbeds by the pool were already taken but there was always a sunbed available by 5ish when we returned for a swim. Dinner was disappointing - as buffets often are so would not recommend full board as there are plenty of nice restaurants in the port. Our stay was completely made by Ursula the receptionist who could not have been more helpful, fun and friendly.

Hôtel très propre un brin désuet. Personnel très gentil accès au bord de l'eau très facile. Le barman Harold est super !!! Ne pas hésiter à aller commander une boisson et se mettre au salon ; vue superbe sur la baie. Petit déjeuner et repas super également.

Excellent Hotel in Great Location
Great hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide range to choose from. The breakfast room has huge windows so you have an unrestricted sea view. We had a room with a sea view too which was great. Hotel very clean. In a great location - a very easy walk to the centre of town and the harbour restaurants and a five minute walk to the bus stop where you can get the bus to Mahon.

Generally very good. Lovely friendly staff. Very good food. Reasonable bar prices. A long way from a proper beach. Air conditioning could do with more oomph. Bathroom excellent. TV not tuned into any channels although I didn't mind personally.

Relacion calidad precio pesima. Demasiado caro
Muy caro para las habitaciones que ofrecen. No hay camas dobles. Las paredes son de papel por lo que olvidate de descansar si es lo que buscas Como nota positiva el desayuno que esta muy bien y la amabilidad de los empleados del hotel.

Une vue incroyable
Nous avons eu une chambre en bordure de l’hôtel côté mer, la vue était tout simplement incroyable ! Immense piscine, beaucoup de transats et pas seulement autour de la piscine. Très bien placé, 15min à pied de Es Castel (super mignon de passer une soirée le long de l’eau) et bus pour Mao à 150m de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque avec une vue incroyable.

We booked a small group into this hotel for two separate one-night periods. We specifically request TWIN rooms. We had been advised by another hotel they could not guarantee twins, so this was a requirement on booking. The hotel confirmed this was possible. On arrival the reception lady was exceedingly helpful in advance of the group arriving, allocating the rooms and double checking they were twins. Through our, the reception staff were helpful in every way. The hotel rooms are well-appointed, with excellent walk-in showers and a very effective aircon. The Breakfasts buffet was plentiful the variety and choices for all types of diets. The quality and range were comparable to hotels such as Fiur Season / Regent properties. Views from the restaurant were stunning too. Pool has showers you can use if you have a late departure and need to freshen up prior to a flight if you have checked out if your room. There's not a lot of character to the bar, but the staff are good and the views over the harbour are stunning. No complaints, although I noted to carpet wear in the corridor leading to the rooms. But if that's all I have that's negative to comment on I'd say it's a good thing. Once again thanks for a warm (reception staff) welcome and great stay, twice!😁

Would come again
I really enjoyed my stay. My room was lovely, I had excellent views of the water from two aspects, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the pool was lovely and clean (very cold though) and it was a short walk into the town. I would come again and recommend to friends and family. Staff who stood out were Harold, Cleo and Cili. There are only two areas for improvement; one was a faint odour of damp in my room and better labelling of food for vegetarians.

Amazing view
1night transit stay in this hotel. Rated 4stars but more of a 3stars, might have been of greater standard in the past but one can see it's been aging and refreshed a little. This said, staff is very friendly and helpful, view from the room on the 5th or 6th floor (don't remember) was AMAZING, best not be afraid of heights, balcony is right above the sea/port ! Walking distance from Es Castell port (although you may want to use your car if you don't like walking). Breakfast room has a great view too. I might return.
