Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft und Komfort des Zimmers
Hotel wurde mit 4Sternen angeprisse, in meinen Augen kommt dieses Haus auf knapp 2Sterne. Zimmer wurden seit sehr langer Zeit nicht rennoviert. Preis Leistungsverhältniss klar ungenügend.

Schönes Zimmer sehr sauber.
Wir würden sehr nett Empfangen und bekamen sogar ein Rauerzimmer. Der Service war sehr nett.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage.
Dieses Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten und sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein geräuchsarmes Zimmer und die Klimaanlage hörte man auch nicht . Das Hotel liegt an einer eher ruhigen Straße. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Straße Sarmiento mit vielen Restaurants. Als wir dawaren gab es ein Weinfestival und wir konnten viele Weine probieren.Sehr gut. Einen Geld Automaten gab es auch da im Casino. Das Hotel liegt 1 Block vom Plaza Independencia. Erwähnen muß man auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man einen Wunsch äußert wird man es erfüllen wenn es möglich ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Da ist aber ein Punkt den ich bemängeln möchte. Es fehlen frische Früchte. Das gibt Schalen mit Dosenobst wie Ananas etc. Es gab halt nur Melonenbällchen und Äpfel. Das hatten wir auf unsere Reise noch nicht gehabt.

I loved the size of the room. The space provided for a dining area came in handy. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was great and service was attentive. On the front desk Emilia became my collaborator and she helped me find my way around and offered suggestions of where to find restaurants and shopping. Great job on her part.

The hotel has a very helpful staff. They were helpful at organizing a wine tour for us. The property is in an excellent location with restaurants, supermarkets and western unions close by. Although the property is very clean, it is outdated…it could benefit from a lick of paint.

Pedi um suco de laranja natural e ovos fritos no café da manhã e me responderam que não fazem atendimentos especiais (mesmo pagando à parte). Não percebi que os apartamentos não tem janela, ou melhor, as janelas não se abrem para nenhuma vista (poderia ser da praça independência, por ex). Escolhi um apto no ultimo andar mas, mesmo assim, era baixo. O Hotel fica apertado entre 2 outras construções não permitindo que o hóspede aviste nada. A piscina estava bastante feia, não sei se suja, ou feia precisando de manutenção

O feedback de nossos hóspedes é apreciado e levado em consideração, pois nos ajuda a identificar oportunidades de melhoria.Nosso café da manhã é buffet e não temos serviços especiais. Seu quarto tem vista para o nosso jardim e para a cidade. Não há edifícios adjacentes. Depois que o vento Zonda, uma área muito comum em Mendoza infelizmente não está em boas condições para uso e por alguns dias para manutenção.

Agradecemos os comentários e feedback dos nossos hóspedes e os levamos em consideração para melhorar nossos serviços.Sendo um hotel de três estrelas, não esperamos ter serviço de bar ou cafetaria, a apenas cem metros fica o centro gastronómico da cidade com mais de 20 opções de restaurantes, bares e cafés.

Ótima Opção de Estadia! Localização Estratégica!
Hotel Agradável, Localização e Atendimento, ótimos. Limpeza impecável. Tudo é perto, dos bons restaurantes ao Casino. E caminha-se tranquilamente mesmo de madrugada (isso não existe em SP). Pode melhorar o café da manhã e a oferta de produtos para alimentação fora do horário. Mas os outros pontos forte compensam bastante a questão do café da manhã fraco.

The location is superb, close to everything. The area is walkable and safe. This hotel charges you for parking but it seems to be common practice around here. The staff is helpful and cordial. Our room was rather small but clean and well equipped.

Great staff, perfect location
Although this hotel could use an update or at least a coat of paint, it’s in a wonderful central location, great restaurants around, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

Fine hotel with great staff
This is an elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Mendoza, only a block and a half from Plaza Independencia. Staff are friendly and efficient. Don’t miss strolling through Plaza Independencia onto pedestrian-only Via Sarmiento. Lined with outdoor cafes and charming shops, it makes you feel like you’re in Paris or Barcelona.

Chuveiro apertadíssimo
Uma boa estadia, hotel bem localizado com recepcionistas atenciosos. O quarto poderia ser maior e o espaço para o chuveiro que fica numa banheira é muito pequeno. Para piorar, não tem um blindex, apenas um anteparo, que eles devem achar que serve para não deixar a água molhar o resto do banheiro.
