Villino SabryStyle is a 6-bed apartment for vacation rental in Torre dell`Orso, in a residential area and only 850 meters from the beach.
The
vacation home is located in a complex of terraced houses, has a
furnished garden, outdoor shower, reserved parking space and accessories
such as electric oven, coffee maker, mosquito nets, iron and ironing
board.

The
entrance in front of the Villino SabryStyle has a pedestrian gate that
leads into an outdoor space equipped with a shower and sink. A shaded
veranda is furnished with a small table and chairs for relaxing in the
cool air.
The interior of the vacation home is finished, renovated
and simply furnished. The living room is furnished with a dining table
and chairs and 2 French -size sofa beds. Next to it is a kitchenette with induction cooktop.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. Completing the house is 1 shower room.
In
the living room there is a second entrance overlooking a shady inner
courtyard, which is shared with the other terraced houses in the
complex.

Villino
SabryStyle is located in Torre dell`Orso in the central area, right in
front of you "Giardini del Sole" with children`s playgrounds,
restaurants, bars and all services to spend a comfortable vacation.
The nearest beach is the famous Torre dell`Orso beach, both free and with equipped lidos, just 850 meters away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- In front of the property there is a playground with rides, not suitable for those who want tranquility in August.
