The two-bedroom apartments are on the seafront first floor, equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, microwave oven, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, kitchenette with induction hob and electric oven. Pets are allowed.
The guests have at their disposal the swimming pool with solarium, equipped with umbrella and deck chairs until depletion, showers and changing rooms, reserved parking.

holiday homes only 10 meters away from a beautiful beach. The apartments
are introduced by a small gate that opens into a furnished porch with dining table and view on the sea and the swimming pool.
The rooms are basic but cozy and bright and consist of a living room with air conditioning and kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed, dining table. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area which consists of 2 double bedrooms with access to two separate porches and 1 full bathroom.

Residence Solaris is a lovely and comfortable complex of 26 apartments for holidays in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, near Melendugno. The complex is only 10 meters away from the beaches.
It consists of one-bedroom apartments for 4 guests and two-bedroom apartments for 6 guests, on four floors, equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, tv, internet.
The beach is accessible by just crossing the provincial street in front of the complex.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Pool opening from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
