The Roy ✨ Family home close to airport + train
This northern suburbs home creates a warm and inviting space for you to share with your friends and family.

The Space
On arrival you are greeted with a secure gated driveway which presents you a beautiful front garden where you can have your morning coffee while sitting on the vernadah.
A merbeu deck and bamboo garden waits for you at the back which includes an outdoor TV for entertainment, plus a sustainable garden filled with herbs for the novel chef.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms with various bed sizes including - A King, Queen and a single bunk bed for the kids. In one bedroom there is also a large desk space with an Apple TV and monitor and this area can be used as a work/study desk too.
And in the front living room there is a gaming area with a Nintendo Switch and a Playstation 4 waiting to be played!
You also have 2 living rooms for you to choose from to sit back and relax watching a Netflix film or select a vinyl from the collection and play some tunes on the record player. ( yes we have a slight bias for the 80's!)
Comfort for every season has been assured with you having central heating for the winter months and there are air con split systems in each living room, plus ceiing fans in all bedrooms for the summer.

Other things to note
You are close to everything - walking distance to the train station, bus hub + main shopping area with a wide range of grocery shopping options. Grab an Uber and in 10 minutes you're at the airport. Or jump on the train and you're in the city in 25 minutes.
Directly across the road from you, you have the new Glenroy Community Hub, where you can visit the library, take the kids for a play in the playground and let the dogs run in the park.
For the foodies and coffee lovers, restaurants and cafes are close by, including My Brother’s Deli, George Jones, Augustus Gelatery and Mary Lou's cafe is just around the corner.
Our property is professionally cleaned with new dry clean linen and bathroom ammenities supplied for every booking. If you have any particular requests or enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us during your initial booking and we will accomodate these as best as we can.
