There is a sensor in the main living area. This is NOT a camera or recording device. It only collects information on noise levels, the environment (temperature and humidity) and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices in the vicinity). It does not record raw audio. The data is only presented as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings.



► HOW YOU WILL BE CHECKING IN (24/7)



◈ In-Person Concierge → Our team will personally meet you at the entrance of the building to hand the key to you.



◈ Key Exchange Service (Optional) → 250m or a 2 min walk from your apartment. Please note that there is no car access in this area.



If an 'in-person' check-in is not preferred and your arrival is outside the operating hours of the Key Exchange Service, we will relocate your collection point to a 24/7 service in the CBD.



NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance.



► VEHICLE ACCESS ON SWANSTON STREET



◈ Swanston Street in Melbourne’s CBD is a tram and pedestrian priority zone, with restricted vehicle access. Rideshare vehicles, including Uber, are generally not allowed to operate on Swanston Street between Flinders and La Trobe Streets. Passengers are advised to use nearby streets for pick-ups and drop-offs. Please contact our concierge for further information.
