The Coastal Garden House - With Spa!

Just minutes from Rye’s back beach, this tranquil retreat sleeps six across three bedrooms. Relax in the private outdoor spa, unwind by the cosy wood burning stove, or enjoy year round comfort with split system heating and cooling. Set within a beautifully landscaped garden, it is the perfect base for groups visiting the Peninsula Hot Springs, exploring local wineries, golf courses, and the stunning Mornington Peninsula.

This property is self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet rolls per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face cloths/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.

WIFI: Please note that while wifi is provided and is normally stable issues beyond our control may effect speed and connection. In peak summer the population of the Mornington Peninsula increases considerably and internet speeds across the peninsula can be effected although this has not be so noticeable in recent years as it had been historically.
