The home also includes three bathrooms, offering comfort and convenience for families or groups travelling together.

Set in one of Brighton’s most sought-after pockets, the home sits directly opposite the beach and the iconic Brighton Baths, ideal for morning swims, coastal walks and sunset views across the bay. A short stroll takes you to Church Street, where you’ll find fantastic cafés, restaurants and boutiques, while Middle Brighton Station provides easy access into Melbourne’s CBD.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
