Sunbather is a relaxed family getaway in beautiful Merricks Beach, just 200 metres from the foreshore. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas, there’s plenty of space for families to come together, enjoy a beachside break and make the most of time away on the Mornington Peninsula.

Designed for year-round stays, Sunbather features split system heating and cooling, along with an indoor fireplace for cosy evenings after a day by the water. Outside, the firepit is perfect for gathering under the stars, while the BBQ makes family meals easy. With space to relax both indoors and out, Sunbather is a wonderful base for beach days, exploring nearby wineries and discovering the Peninsula’s walking trails and coastal villages.
