The worst service and staff I have had to deal with, certainly in Melbourne, probably Australia. Needed a late checkout (midday) so phoned to see if going to be a problem, before booking. Was told it was possible. As I was checking in on a Sat, they requested about a week before with ~6 emails & phone messages for the flight no., whilst on holiday in the NT. I emailed them the flight times, including arrival time & the airline & also that I would call if the flight was late however, this was insufficient, they demanded the flight no. (which I did not have) or would not confirm that we would be met by anyone upon arrival. So had to phone the airline for this, then call them. Still requested to be called when in the taxi, to be told there was no booking in my name, then found it under a different name. He wanted to know the exact arrival time, 20mins according to the taxi driver, when arrived, had to wait more than 15mins before anyone showed up. No apologies. Broken toilet seat, informed staff member however, not fixed. A blocked drain in the shower which filled up to 8cm depth whilst showering and took ~30mins to drain away. The welcoming letter stated that a late checkout was not permitted (after being otherwise). I would stay here again if the staff were replaced, as the view was good.
