This modern, high-rise apartment on level 50 offers a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Melbourne, ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Thoughtfully furnished with brand-new pieces and designed for both relaxation and functionality.

Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe with ample clothing storage
Bedroom 2 & 3: One queen and one double bed in each room, both with clothing storage (wardrobe or drawers)
Fresh linens and hotel-quality bedding provided in all rooms

*Single sofa bed in living room. There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!

Our apartment accommodates up to 7 guests, with 1 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable single sofa bed due to limited bed availability. There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!

Last minute same day booking:
There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.

Early Check-in & Late Checkout:
To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.
