Other Things to Note

To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you respect the following house and building rules during your visit.

House Rules

• Strictly NO parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the booking and notice to vacate the property. Violation of this rule may also incur $250 fine.
• Guest occupancy must remain within the maximum permitted number of guests stated in the booking.
• This property is strictly smoke-free and pet-free. Smoking inside the apartment or building premises will incur a minimum $350 penalty fee.
• Please respect neighbouring residents by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.

Keys & Building Access

For safety and security reasons, apartment keys and access fobs must be collected from a nearby key collection point prior to check-in. Detailed collection instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy self check-in experience.

• Keys, access fobs, and remotes must be kept safe at all times during your stay.
• Lost or damaged keys/fobs will incur a $250 replacement fee.

Building Amenities Access

To access the pool, spa, sauna, gym, and BBQ facilities, guests are required to complete a short induction with building management at reception upon arrival (between 8am to 4pm). Once completed, access to the amenities will be activated for your stay.

Guests must strictly follow all building management rules and shared facility guidelines during their visit.

Long Stays & Mid-Stay Cleaning

Long-term stays are welcome. For guests staying longer periods, mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact the host directly to discuss pricing and availability.
