My place is close to Innocent bystander and Giant Steps. You’ll love my place because its has been newly renovated and is in a central location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and big groups. It is about a 10 minute walk to Innocent Bystander, and a 15 minute walk to the main street. There is a path alongside Don Rd which is quite flat. You can also cut through the footy oval and Queens Park. The house is in a residential street, on a treed block.

There is unlimited. free Wi-Fi. Guest have use of the whole house and the bedrooms that are made up for them. 2 single floor mattresses can be arranged on request.

Guests have access to the entire house which includes bedrooms, laundry with iron, ironing board, washing machine, two living areas with smart tv and, dining room and outdoor space with back yard. Please note only paying guests are to access the property.

If you have any questions at all during your stay, please don`t hesitate to contact us. Please note no parties allowed. Only paying guests are invited to stay. Host must be notified if visitors access the premises. Please respect the house and leave it as you find it. Smoking outside only. Please dispose of your cigarette butts.

Sandy`s retreat us in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is peaceful and quiet. The house is close to a large park and a short flat walk go the main street.

There is enough parking on site for four cars. The easiest way to get around is by car.

Please note check out is before 10am, and check in is after 3pm.

Please note only paid, booked guests are to access the property.

Please note to avoid extra charges, checkout must be before 10 am unless consent from host.

Please note to avoid extra charges hot plates, oven must be cleaned if used before vacating, and dishes must be washed, dried and put away before vacating, and rubbish must be put in bins provided before vacating. Please note single beds can be made up on request when booking.

- CCTV will be installed at the property for your safety and the safety of the house.
