This inviting home offers a seamless indoor/outdoor layout to make the most of this stunning location, with an open-plan, air-conditioned living area where glass doors to the deck capture the views and maximise natural light. A comfy corner sofa provides ample seating for a movie by the fireplace, while a second living space with cosy armchairs and a TV offers extra room to relax.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer everything you need to cook and share meals, including a 10-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You can also dine alfresco on the deck while you soak up the sea breezes and spectacular views overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests, with the primary and second bedrooms offering queen beds, and the third offering a bunk with two singles. The pool studio, located under the main home with a separate entrance, offers two single beds, a portable AC unit, and its own bathroom. Two more bathrooms in the home offer privacy and ease, each appointed with a shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries, while one also includes a freestanding bathtub.
