A home by the beach

This studio is inside a secured complex. A fob is provided for you to enter the complex, either through the main door or the parking lot. 

It is on the first level (the top level) by the stairs. New carpet was laid in 2024. 

There is an open space 4.0m*5.1m for living and sleeping. There is a queen sized bed, a sofa bed and a futon mat, 32" HD TV, clothes rack and air cooler.

The kitchenette has a portable oven and cooking hot plates. It is for light meal cooking only, since there is no range hood. 

A microwave and mini fridge are provided. 

The bathroom has shower over bath and a toilet. 

The parking lot is on the basement level, most of it is unroofed. One allocated parking space is provided, the location is marked with a star on one of the photos. 

There is a laundromat at the rear of the complex, it's operated with coins, $3 for washing and $3 for drying. 

This is your home away from home, at a super convenient location. Beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Kmart Frankston is 900 metres away, the Bayside shopping mall is just across the road from Kmart.
