HI Benjamin,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review with some things to work on. I'm so sorry that there was no one around I had to go into hospital for surgery and had some one else trying to look after the motel while i was out of action, I only live next door so this hasn't been a problem before. I am available 24 hours to all guests and I'm very sorry your experience wasn't amazing. We have had stegbar out multiple times for that shower and ended up having to redo the entire shower area to find and fix the problem ourselves with great success. Unfortunately there is no Uber eats out here, we are a rural area so we do not have all the little things that city life has to offer but the restaurant is a great little spot for a meal. I hope that you can give us another go and I'm sure with me back in action we can meet your expectations and more.

Hi Sue,Thank you for leaving us a review. We are still working on traffic noise it's very hard now that sorrento has become such a sought after destination. There is so much more traffic now than ever but we do strive to overcome any problems our guests have. The cleaners do start at 10am and checkout is 10am which is made very clear that this is the time to be out by so unfortunately the cleaners were just doing their usual thing, I'm sorry if you had an issue with this' later check out can be organised with a little notice if you're running late.

HI Guys,I'm very confused as you have not even stayed here, I couldn't check you in at 10am as requested the night before because check out is also 10 am but i did have a no show and tried to contact you. Sadly you never even showed up so i had an empty room and now a bad review. I'm very disappointed that we couldn't resolve this and you thought that not getting your way all the time means leave a bad review
