nice rooms, but some with stairs inside the room
although confirmation stated that we would have city view, we were located on the 1st floor with a view to a small street and adjacent building, which at least I don't perceive as city view. also stairs in the walkway from elevator to the room (3 stairs up) and inside the room (3 stairs down) is nothing you want to have with your luggage when checking in and out....therefore rated service only with 3 and comfort with 4. everything else was nice, car park in about 200m distance as co share with a public car park but good rates. rooms have nice size. could do with a dishwasher which I had often in other apartments, but good value for money....

A very bad smell in the room, it got worse when we returned after our event and the air conditioning had not been on circulating air. It smelt like urine in the carpet, very limited sleep due to the smell making me sick, we left before 7.30am couldnt stand it any longer. Location was great but the smell was terrible.

I love it here!
I absolutely loved the comfortable and modern room! It had everything that I needed including a washing machine with detergent! The location was near where the Australian Open is held and is in a great location as it is a short walk to many attractions, shops, museums, and the tram! The staff were very nice and helpful. I will stay here every time I return!

I booked it for my mum for a bit of a stay cation and she was upgraded to an executive room! It was amazing and she loved it.
I was afraid after reading all the anyone reviews but I can confirm the room was clean, description fit the advert and it wasn’t noisy at all.

Well stocked apartment
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. Staff at this hotel are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious, just a little worn, but nothing major. The only negative was the washer/dryer door was jammed closed. With the help of google and advice from the front desk i was able to open it though. Free mini bar was a great surprise. Coffee machine was another bonus. Apartment came with ample towels and milk, which are often minimal. Will definitely be back!

Worst hotel I have ever been too. Customer service and communication is so poor that they would rather call the authorities on you rather than come and communicate with you. Refunds with the establishment is close to impossible as they seem to operate on greed rather than honesty. Please do not stay there, there is multiple other better establishments in Melbourne with much better customer care than this place.

Spacious and convenient
Spacious unit, and courteous, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the freezer was badly frozen up, so nothing could be placed in it, and the bathroom smelt badly of bleach when we arrived. The room itself was comfortable, and very convenient to everything. Great shower. The stay was fine, after the initial bad impression.

I did like this aparthotel and I'd be happy to use them again.
Pro- The room was clean, sofa bed set up, plenty of towels, no noise from other rooms.
Con- I had to ask for toilet paper as we were nearly out and there was no spares. One of the windows didn’t completely shut so the noise from the alley travelled up.

Overall the hotel was OK. The room's windows did not close properly so it let in a lot more noise. The water pressure in the shower was lacking and the lifts could do with a bit of a clean.
It was centrally located for what I needed so I have no complaints about that

Our stay was fine we liked that we were in walking distance to places we wanted to see. The room we stayed in could of been alot cleaner when we first arrived for example the coffee table and dinning table not wipe over, hair in shower drain and floor not mopped.
