Hi, we are a little confused over your review as, our visitor policy is posted on signs around the Hotel and available to read when you book your accommodation. You let us know the first day that your brother was visiting for a short while that afternoon and we explained that was fine, he would just need to sign the visitors book in case of any emergency, so we would know who is onsite. He did sign the book, however we needed to remind you many times throughout your stay, visitors are welcome between 10am and 10pm although after 10pm on each night your would still bring more visitors into your room to spend the night. We asked your visitors to leave because you broke the policy.
