Hi Gary, As advertised parking in the stacker is at your own risk and liability for any damages that may be caused. Unfortunately the damages that were caused was due to parking in the stacker incorrectly. We ask that you follow the stacker parking instructions that is provided closely!

Hi Meron,I apologize for the lengthy check-in procedure, as we do not have a reception on site our virtual check-in system requires a security procedure to be completed. The day of check in all guests receive arrival instructions which provide necessary information to guide them through their stay, including contact details at the very top. However our reception team are attentive and contactable within the office hours of 7:00 am - 9:00 pm 7 days a week. The unique check-in process of a digital key system provides no keys worry about, fast and easy-set up & self check-in for regular guests.We understand the apprehension of having your apartment key on your mobile but with our 24-hour concierge service, we can provide a solution if any lockouts were to occur.

District Apartments is a tucked away gem perfectly located in between Brunswick Street & Smith Street, where you will find an array of cafes, bars, restaurants and independent retail stores within walking distance, I'm glad to here you got to enjoy this.Being a boutique hotel we operate our parking with a car stacker system, which provides 3x the amount of parking. We do also advise if your car is not suitable for parking on site, to opt for an alternative off street parking garage a block away. Our team are always happy to assist with answering any questions regarding your stay.
