Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Grosvenor St in Abbotsford in the Precinct building.



Abbotsford has a mix of industrial architecture and green spaces, and is popular with both families and creative types. Converted factories, hip cafes and cool bars line Johnston Street, while Abbotsford Convent hosts artsy workshops and is home to markets, cafes and artists’ studios. Families feed the animals at Collingwood Children’s Farm, and rent boats from the Edwardian boathouse in nearby Fairfield.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



Flockhart St/Victoria St tram stop right outside the building and 17 min walk to North Richmond Railway Station.



Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.



Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and newsagents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lots are available at "Parkright, 24/18 Flockhart St, Melbourne VIC 3067" which is a 4min walk from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
