Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom unit in the heart of Cheltenham! Nestled in a peaceful & quiet location, this tastefully decorated space offers a comfortable retreat for up to four guests. As you step into our unit, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living area, featuring ample seating for relaxation and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. There is a dining area to seat 4 guests which seamlessly connects to a well equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.
Our two bedrooms come complete with queen sized beds, built in robes & ceiling fan, the master also comes with a powder room. The sleek and modern bathroom features a shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.
Step outside into your private courtyard and soak up the sunshine while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
There is an off-street carport available for our guests, plus ample free parking on the street. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit, keeping you connected during your visit.

Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.
There is no smoking allowed in the unit, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
