🔑 Keys: One key set per group. Lost keys are pricey ($380 replacement fee), and we’d love to save you the headache.

🛁 Towels: One fluffy towel per guest, freshly washed. Mother Earth will thank you for saving some laundry water. Want more? Just tell us in advance.

🔑 Keys: Being locked out, if it's between 10-5pm, no fee charged. After 5pm, we would require $50 for runner fee.

🚫 No parties, no pets

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking anywhere (inside or balcony) is not allowed. Violation = $350 penalty.
