The house is just across Point Nepean RD so you can walk to the beach. It takes about 2 min to walk from your doorstep.

This property is suitable for families, couples and groups.

We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests.
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
