Villa Eleni

Capable of hosting up to 6 guests. Situated outside of Spartochori, seven minutes of smooth walk from the center of the village.

Ground Floor
Once you enter the Villa you can feel its warmth. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, with access to the outdoor area and a dinner area perfect for bringing people closer. The interior design is of Spartochori’s traditional nature, creating the feeling of a Summer holiday cottage. In this floor you will find 2 bedrooms, they have 2 single beds each, both are connected to the veranda and one of them has en-suite bathroom. Moreover, there is a guest-bathroom under the marbled stairs.
At the the ground floor you will also find fridge, dish-washer, washer, flat TV screen, microwave, oven, coffe machine.

First Floor
Going up the staircase you will find a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The upper bedroom has access to 2 different balconies with great view of the Ionean Sea and the Spartochori village.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
Villa Eleni has its own private swimming pool (9.5m x 4.5m and depth 0.80m-1.50m) surrounded by a stoned terrace. There is an integrated children’s pool area, that can be used as a jacuzzi for the adults with 4 refreshing jet spas.
In the front area of the house there is a veranda that connects with the swimming pool’s terrace, a great place to enjoy meals and your social gatherings.
At the main door of the villa there is a BBQ facility and a parking space.
