The hotel is well located near a big shopping mall and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. But most importantly they texted me when I was on my way to the airport because I had forgotten my wallet in the hotel room 🙏🙏!. I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. Thank you so much for your service and honesty ❤️

Overall a nice location for westerners. This is just a few observations to explain the location limitations. We had a room for 3 but only had 2 towels. Received another but had to ask. Hot water in bathroom sink and showers only (not kitchen). Curtains don’t block light. A/C works well and is in all areas. Access to pool unusual, pool closes at 7:00, they request specific swimware for women, and no chairs around pool.

Cleanliness can be improved. We got into our suite and were greeted by 3 cockroaches. The bathroom was dirty with mouldy silicone around the bath area, and there was a constant sewer smell that we couldn't get rid of. The living room air-con didn't work very well and there wasn't enough lighting in the bedroom. There wasn't a table in the bedroom as well which was inconvenient.
