The Space:

Set across two spacious levels, Platform 39 has been designed to make the most of its incredible location, with the main living areas upstairs where the views are at their best.



The light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto a generous balcony overlooking the ocean. It's the kind of spot where you'll naturally find yourself lingering a little longer, whether that's over a slow breakfast, watching the colourful yachts drift by, spotting whales during the winter migration, or winding down as the sun sets along the coastline.



The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 – Master bed with private ensuite

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed

Bedroom 3 – Queen bed

Bedroom 4 – Tri-bunk with a queen bed below and king single above



There are two spacious bathrooms, including the master ensuite, plus an additional powder room, making it easy for families and groups to get ready without feeling crowded.



Downstairs, a second living area gives everyone a little extra space to spread out, making it ideal for families travelling together, the kids can have their own space downstairs while the adults relax upstairs and enjoy the views.



Outside, you'll find a private courtyard, outdoor entertaining areas and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Secure parking and plenty of storage complete the home, making Platform 39 an easy and comfortable base for families and groups exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly positioned between Victor Harbor & Port Elliot, Platform 39 sits right on the beachfront, offering the best of both towns while giving you a quieter place to come home to at the end of the day.



Step straight onto the sand or join the coastal walking and cycling trail connecting Hayborough with Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. It's an easy spot for families to explore the Fleurieu without spending the whole holiday in the car.



From here, you can:

• Follow the coastal path towards Port Elliot for a morning coffee, breakfast or a visit to the famous Port Elliot Bakery.

• Head towards Victor Harbor to explore Granite Island, browse local shops and enjoy the foreshore.

• Watch the Cockle Train pass right out the front, adding to the charm of this unique seaside location.

• Spend the day on the beach just metres from your door, then head home for an outdoor shower and an afternoon overlooking the water.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

This home is family friendly! With two living areas and the beach right at your doorstep, it's a great option for families travelling with children. Please note that there is no stair gate at the property.

One well behaved NON-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but you must let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



There is a chair lift on the stairs which may be used upon request for any guests unable to climb the stairs safely.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. There will be beach towels provided for your use! Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



Bedroom 4 will be locked and unavailable for use for bookings of 4 guests or less unless especially requested. There will be an additional cost.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
