„This place was amazing! Clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. You can't get a better view of Mt. Shasta and about 10 minutes to McCloud falls. Only downside was the town only has places to eat Thursday thru Sunday but Shasta and Dunsmire is pretty close. “

Something I wish I'd realized ahead of time is that for these particular cabins, there is only enough hot water for a 5 minute shower. The welcome packet says to limit showers to 10 minutes but in my experience, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes. The bathroom is pretty small, but has everything you'd need. „This was a great property to stay at. Nice and quiet and away from all the craziness of civilization. It had everything we needed to cook meals and clean up afterward. My only issue was on the first morning there wasn't any hot water. I contacted the host and they got back to me quickly with an easy fix to the problem.“

„This cabin was perfect for the activities we had planned around the area! Three of us girls stayed, one slept on the bunk bed, one on the other bed and one on the couch. It’s cute and cozy for no more than 4-5 people in my opinion. Shower was a bit small but other than that it met all of our needs. Having a full kitchen to use to save some money was appreciated as well. Hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. “

„We had a wonderful time here! It was our first time in the area and we enjoyed going to the lake and the amenities the cabin had to offer. It allowed us to grill up dinner, spend time together outside with beautiful views, a place for the kids to safely run around, and adequate space inside for us to all spend time relaxing in the evening. „We stayed in the modern cabin. Very nice! Had everything we needed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. I would have liked a blanket for the couch. They had sweet lights strung around, nice touch. Liked the community spaces, pool, hammocks, fire pit, plenty of games. Was central locating to lots of hiking, waterfalls, river, caverns. Liked the info book with recommendations for planning. „My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Banyan cabin. It was very tranquil and allowed us to destress very easily. The cabin is in excellent condition with the kitchen bearing a nice modern look. „This ski lodge was perfect to enjoy all that Mt Shasta has to offer. We were just a few minutes from the Shasta-Trinity trailhead and equally just as close to town. Our accommodations were perfect, very clean and had everything we needed to have a fabulous time! We cooked several meals including using the gas grills provided. We stayed longer than most guests as each day there were new people beside us. Everyone was so nice and we truly enjoyed our time at Ski Village Lodge.“
