Lovely Hotel in White River
The Hotel, in White River, is ideally situated if wanting to take a trip to the Kruger National Park. The personnel are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast at the Magnolia restaurant was excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and have an enormous bed!

Good quality hotel, with good location
It's always a pleasant stay. The hotel presents usual expected hotel services, it's comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Not all rooms have bathtub. We always take some time to go through the nice center in front of the hotel, look at the gallerias and curated stores. The restaurant is good with interesting menu.

Only minor complaints, but any issue was very quickly resolved by the front desk staff. If you are a light sleeper, the trucks will be a nuisance but other than that you can't ask for much more

This boutique hotel is simply amazing. I wish that my stay was for longer. I unfortunately could only stay for one night, and it was over Easter weekend. I had limited time and wanted visit Kruger Park and surrounding areas. I arrived early and was greeted graciously, and explained my situation. The staff at the front desk were beyond exceptional. The hotel allowed me to check-in early and even made accommodations for my safari. The employee haggled rates for private safari's and made sure I was comfortable at all times during my stay. This hotel is bit of a drive to Kruger, but definitely quiet and comfortable. If you enjoy boutique hotels with amazing service, stylish rooms, and friendly staff...STAY at this hotel!!! I only wish I could remember the name of the female employee that helped me at check-in. She was awesome!

A Nice Stay
Wonderful service. Spacious, although dated rooms. Soaker tub and separate shower. Very quiet. Small outdoor shopping area next door. This is a good place to stay if you are going to Kruger. But it is really out of the way if you are stopping in Nelspruit on your way to Johannesberg or Mozambique. It was hard to find with the GPS. Recommend calling the hotel for directions.

Too pricey for what it offers
The room was simple, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the breakfast at Magnolia next door was a highlight! We had a couple of niggles though. When we arrived we found the towels were not changed from the previous guests and there was also no minibar. The wifi was very slow and stopped working completely on the second day. We also found that the room can get noisy if the room next door had their TV on and a main road also runs quite close by. Used towels were removed without being replaced on the second day, as was the complimentary water. For the rates this hotel charges it does not live up to the expectation and many other establishments in the area offer more luxury and service for less money.

Just outside Kruger Park
We spent a 3-day New Years vacation visiting Kruger Park and the panorama trail west of the park. Our stay in White River at the Casterbridge Hollow was great. Staff was helpful and gracious. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We took advantage of the pool, the adjacent restaurant & winery and were happily surprised to find local art displayed throughout the "Lifestyle Living Centre" next door.
