Sehr schöne Hotel Anlage, toller Pool (recht warm) und ein sagenhaft schöner Strand. Das Frühstück fand ich recht teuer, auch wenn viel geboten wird. Für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick muss man auch einen kräftigen Aufschlag zahlen.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero falta calidad en la atención de algunos de sus trabajadores, principalmente de la recepción, los ductos o tubos de conducción de agua que pasan por las habitaciones, hacen mucho ruido, principalmente en los baños, lo que se exacerba más por las noches, ocasionando que no se pueda conciliar el sueño. El Restaurant es muy pequeño, para el volumen de los comensales o huéspedes que habitan el hotel

This is a three star hotel. Fine for a weekend stay. We were there for seven nights and thankfully we did not get the all-inclusive package. There is one restaurant on the premises with the same menu. This hotel is in the heart of the Golden Zone and there are many restaurant choices nearby.

Bed, linens and pillows are amazing. Very nice balcony amazing view. Overall very clean rooms. Security at both gate and front entrance are very attentive. Beach access very convenient. Unfortunately the quality of food and bar area has declined since the all inclusive. Would like umbrellas at the beach.

Front desk staff is absolutely rude and I’m pretty sure they over charged me. I made a few changes to one of my rooms with the amount of people staying in the room however I for the remaining person in that room I’m pretty sure I had payed for the all inclusive package for my guest in room 1107. When I got there I was told they hadn’t received my changed but then said the all inclusive package was not purchased for my guest in that room and proceeded to charge me close to $450 on the spot to include the all inclusive package but it makes no sense because by paying that $450 I was back at paying what would have been the cost for 2 people to get the all inclusive package like I had originally paid for…..

The hotel is in between the entrance of the Malecón. Multiple modes of transportation are available but you will haggle for the better price. From the hotel to the Letters of Mazatlan was about 200 pesos but can bring it down to 150 pesos. Overall great experience

las albercas son confortables y por fin una que piensa en los menores, en cuanto a sombra se refiere. lo que no me gustó: el escaso personal en findesemana por ejemplo, baristas tardenoche si quieres algo de beber en el bar te andan apuranfo a que pidas por que como estan solos tambien tienen que hacer el corte, no tenian hielo etc.

Excelente atencion de los meseros SAUL Y HECTOR. El servicio y atencion muy bueno, el hotel nuevo y bonito. Lo PEOR!!!!! Fueron las excursiones que llegaron, por favor no acepten excursiones 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏eso DENIGRA el RESORT. Llega un momento que parece Balneario.

Thank you to the bellman Antonio for arranging transportation for 7 guys back and forth to Marina Golf Course. His recommendation was absolutely stellar. Our driver, Jesũs, was not only kind and gracious, he was always on time picking us up from both the hotel and golf course. Excellent, thanks Antonio.
