Fine linens and soft mattresses adorn king-size beds in the master, and 2 full/matrimonial beds in the other. The spacious Master suite leads out to a charming balcony overlooking the pool and boat docks.

You’ll be excused for not wanting to leave the grounds, but when you do, you’ll find adventure at every turn. Stroll the long shoreline of Cerritos Beach for a glimpse of Mazatlán's beauty. Explore the town for shopping, dining, and nightlife in excess. Boat tours, and whale watching trips can be arranged through your concierge.

General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
