"Excellent stay large modern bedrooms good breakfast and friendly staff but shouldn't have to pay for a kettle in room in a 4 star hotel and the safe is 4 euros a day these 2 things should be included in the price."

"A typical Spanish property, furnished in vintage Spanish style. The property had everything we needed, the terraces back and front are charming. We put the barbecue to good use. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. The house is very well presented, very clean throughout. We are going to book for next year. Location excellent, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Thank you Anna."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the hotel staff are all very friendly including the cleaners. My room was very clean, it had a tv. There was no mini bar, coffee machine or fridge. I did ask to borrow a kettle which I the staff gave me. My 1st of 2 complaints is that in the room the plug sockets were not easy to use. In front of one was a dressing table and the one as I entered the room, near the door was about 8” off the floor. I wasn’t on a business trip but I needed to charge my phone, tablet and watch. My 2nd complaint is that the life guard was promising every day that the swimming pool was going to be cleaned (a sandstorm had deposited sand in it at the beginning of the week and the water wasn’t very clean it was cloudy) I didn’t use the swimming pool the whole week I stayed in the hotel some people swam in it but I chose not to. I understand that the pool was going to be cleaned at some point but I felt that the hotel didn’t prioritise this. This is a shame because I chose to stay in this hotel because it has a swimming pool. "

"We have just spent the most amazing week here. The kids (aged between 4-14) loved the pool and Mazarron Country Club feels very safe for families. There was everything we needed, both at the villa and in the local vicinity. The port is beautiful and we had a few lovely dinners out. We spent a day at the water park and zoo, explored Bolneuvo beach and went rafting. Amazing memories that will stay with us forever 💓"
