„Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund. „Unser Aufenthalt im Round Hill war traumhaft schön. Die Anlage ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist gut geschult und sehr freundlich. Der Luxus des Round Hill hat zwar seinen Preis, aber hierfür wird auch sehr viel geboten.“

„When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs. The floor was cracked and the ceiling had spider webs. Then, the main entrance had a flood“

„We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.“

„The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.“
