This beautiful 67m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a furnished balcony which offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The two tastefully furnished bedrooms have a 43-inch flat screen TV and a king-size box-spring bed for absolute comfort and relaxation. The exquisitely designed kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee and espresso maker and many other amenities. The living room features a double sofa bed for 2 adults, a 55-inch flat screen TV and an electric fireplace which gives the room a warm and cozy feel during cold winter nights.

The wellness area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared sauna and relaxation area is a quiet refuge for our guests to relax their body and mind after a long day on the slopes.. A massage room is available and a massage service from a certified physiotherapist can be arranged upon request. The fitness room is equipped with new and modern equipment that our guests can use to maintain their personal fitness routines and goals while staying with us.

The location:

Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and banks are within close walking distance from the apartment and the historic Mauterndorf Castle is only a 5-minute walk away. The 4 ski areas (Grosseck-Speiereck - 1 km, Katschberg-Aineck - 8 km, Fanningberg - 11 km and Obertauern - 18 km) are only 15 minutes away by car. The free ski shuttle to Grosseck-Speiereck stops right in front of the apartments and offers our guests plenty of comfort.

The Lungau Golf Club is located in the valley of the Mur river and is one of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in Salzburg. It is only 8 km away and offers a splendid golfing experience for all golf lovers.
