„Zweckmäßig und sauber - Strandstühle vorhanden, die Zusendung des Zugangscodes hätte gerne am Tag vorher erfolgen können und nicht erst am Ankunftstag - da unser Hotspot aufgrund der schlechten Netzverbindung in diesem Teil der Insel nicht funktionierte mussten wir erstmal ein Möglichkeit suchen - nach einer langen Anreise nicht so toll. „This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. „When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. „Very comfortable house“

„Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.“

„We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! There were 3 beaches within 20-30 minute drive, and great shopping in the same reach.
