I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative.“

As mentioned by other reviewers, and which I was well aware of going in, that convenient location is also a very busy location with road noise and traffic.
