„Nice inside and comfortable. Very clean.“

„Beautiful house. Great location.“

„Tracey did an amazing job taking care of all of our needs to include purchasing a pack and play and high chair for our little ones. Place is very well stocked with incidentals that make traveling easier. Thanks so much, Tracey!“

„The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative.“

„We had a wonderful stay! I was visiting friends and family in the area with my son, and this property was the perfect home base. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy. We appreciated having everything we needed to relax after busy days. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carmichael. “

„Thank you for everything! Your place was lovely and wonderful I appreciate the hospitality. In the next time I come to Sacramento I definitely will stay again. Thank you“

„Very clean and comfortable! “

„As advertised, clean, pet friendly, and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend.“

In the other bedroom the vent didn’t blow enough so we had to put the air way down to make it bearable in there. This caused the rest of the house freezing. Pet friendly but no backyard. Front yard filled with huge weeds. We were there for 3 weeks and no one ever came to take care of it. We were embarrassed when ...

„Had a good night rest and with in walking distance of a lot of good food and fun activities.“

„Very nice and comfortable house with all equipment you need. We would stay again anytime. Very tidy/clean house and quiet area/neighbourhood. It was a perfect stay. Communication with the homeowner was great.“

„New coffee pot.“

„It was so relaxing and I felt at home. I had everything I needed to make my week easy to get through. Loved the home, the bed. 20 out of 10!!“
