did not enjoy it, don't recommend
This hotel has it all the to become a great hotel, however due to poor maintanence and cleaning condition i would not recommend this hotel. we are still trying to sort a double payment we were charged ordering an extra breakfast. we paid cash and yet after we left the hotel charge our credit card, without asking us, or trying to contact us. when we contact them to check why they charged again the reception manager claimed we never paid the extra breakfast though we are holding an invoice for that payment.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for. I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there.

will be back for free...
The service we got onsite was ok, but!!! a very big but!!!!!!!! - the hotel didn't served breakfast (we ordered with breakfast), and we got only 100nis refund which is quiet ridiculous... In case the restaurant is close someone has to call me in inform me with that information?!?!??!? as we where there and stuck without food!??!??!? So I tried to not write this review, and tried to contact the hotel few times, but no one got back to me... so here we go... The room was fine, even tough the maintenance is ridiculous and impossible to lock the rest room........

Great View with a Pool
Stayed mostly by the great pool. Amazing view of the Galilee. Large rooms. A shopping center walking distance with everything you need.

Brand new hotel, worth a try!
It’s a great brand new hotel with a spa and an event space, beside a shopping center and on the bachk you can see a beautiful old aquecdut. The room was very spacious with a great balcony and view. Breakfast was included and with a good variety of choices. Very convenient, near Naharia and Achziv beach.

Non c'è nemmeno l'insegna
Inziamo dalla ricerca dell’hotel, nonostante il navigatore ci desse la pozione non si intuiva che quello fosse l’hotel. Abbiamo chiesto alla SPA adiacente dove fosse hotel Aquaduct (visto che li tutto è Aquaduct, per la presenza di un acquedotto romano) e ci hanno indicato un edifico senza alcuna insegna e nemmeno cartelli sulla strada. L’accoglienza non proprio esaltante ma d’altra parte lì è cosi in genere. Veniamo alle camere, non c’è una mensola nella doccia dove appoggiare i contenitori del bagnoschiuma e shampoo, inoltre l’acqua fuoriesce dalla porta che non chiude e allaga il bagno. Non ci sono appendiabiti e appendi asciugamani, non c’è una sedia per lavorare al PC e gli interruttori sono all’entrata e nessuno ai lati del letto, quindi spenta la luce si va al buio verso il letto.La pulizia, il primo giorno ok, il secondo non sono state reintegrati shampoo e bagnoschiuma, le boccette esauste sono rimaste sul pavimento della doccia, non hanno rimesso il tappetino per uscire dalla doccia. Nel complesso la camera è spaziosa e confortevole e abbastanza insonorizzata. L’hotel è nuovo, ancora in fase di completamento ma sembra già vecchio, il personale alla reception spesso non è presente e poi il ristorante decritto sul sito Hotels.com non esiste “Hotel include un ristorante e un bar/caffetteria. Ogni mattina viene servita la colazione (inclusa nel prezzo)” ma la colazione viene servita dalle 9, direi un po’ tardi
