Fa'afetai, we take pride in being the first resort to go plastic free and provide water stations around the resort for UV Filtered Water for our guests. Disappointed to hear your comments that the staff and Manager did not know what half board entails. I find this hard to believe, all meals are still required to be signed for and at the end of the stay the acccount is adjusted accordingly. This is so we can run a consumption report for stock control etc., Half board is one course lunch and 3 course dinner from the menu, however we allow guests to partake of any buffet meals that are prepared on various evenings at the resort.

thanks Ray for your review , I'm please you comments that the resort was above average , thanks for that, so to the issue with Yuki Kihara exhibition , Yuki won the prestigious Venus art awards in Italy , Yuki is Samoan / Japenese artist based in NZ , her exhibition has been travelling the world at major art galleries in Itally , currently in Sydney and then off to london and to finish in Tahiti home of Paul Gauguin , her art exhibition have all had extensions due to the world wide demand and been vistited by nearly a million people in Italy over 600k in Sydney and expected many more in London and Tahiti , her works of art are recreations of Paul Gauguin the famous French artist of pacific cultural , people and scenes , Yukis interpretation of his works are all done with a combination of local models including fa'afafine from Samoa in the beautiful back drop of Samoa , Saletoga was selected to host the exhibition from june 1st to january 31st next year , Yuki's works on display are copies on all weather material which have to be destroyed at the end of the exhibition so only her for a while and not to be missed .The exhibition at Saletoga Sands Resort is attracting special guests from around the South Pacific including NZ and Austrailia ,the official opening by our DPM and leader of the opposition and members of parliment on the 1st of June to coincide with Samoas independence and later the Commomwealth Heads of State conference (CHOGM) attrackting over 4000 guests including the King Charles and Queen Camilla. Many VIP who will be visiting the art exhibition as part of their cultural tours planed on rest days. As for your cultural comment most Samoan families have a fa'afafini in their family , there is no exposure of womens brests or bottoms and only one art piece that has some bare flesh of the bottom of a male model , this piece of art and in mind of critic's was placed on a designation only pathway away from main pathways of the exhibition, but to be honest you would see more flesh than that in a Maori cultural show or around most swimming pools at resorts around the world including Samoa . This Art is all about Samoan culture and with the use of some fa'afafini models , as art lovers we are very proud of Yuki and her achievement worldwide .
