„The listing is inaccurate there is no spa, the bbq was so rusty we could not use it. The pillows are so lumpy you could not sleep on them. Only two beds were made up for us despite there being 4 people. The listing didn’t say you share the location with the owner.“

„On day of check in we received an email asking what time we would arrive and received no reply as to the address to find the exact location for the accommodation. By deduction and luck we drove around and around until by chance we found it. Host was very good in supplying iron and ironing board on request. Had to buy laundry detergent and no dryer.“

We don’t mind things which are a bit shabby (carpet, paintwork, furniture, curtains) but we really like things to be clean! Don’t even expect hospital standards but not ….dead bugs, spiders, dust, cobwebs…. Hair and mould in showers, basins, bathroom mirrors splashed with someone else’s toothpaste….YUK. Kitchen equipment greasy and grimy. Also the downstairs bedroom was very damp and unaired and we had to move ...
