Akikawa Mashiki 4 is a newly built two-story private house that opened in March 2026, located near Grand Messe Kumamoto. The entire house is available for exclusive rental, offering a comfortable and private stay for up to 8 guests—perfect for families or groups of friends.

The building features a steel-frame structure with excellent earthquake-resistant design, providing a safe and secure environment during your stay. Inside the house, there are four Western-style bedrooms and one Japanese-style room with a door for additional privacy. The high-ceiling design creates a bright, spacious, and open atmosphere where guests can relax comfortably.

The house is fully equipped with convenient amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine. It is suitable not only for short stays but also for long-term stays, business trips, or training visits. Guests can cook and do laundry just like at home, making their stay comfortable and convenient.

The property is conveniently located about 10 minutes by car from Kengunmachi and only about 2 minutes by car (approximately 7 minutes on foot) from Super Center Trial Mashiki Dai.
