„Excellent good value B&B. situated a 10-15min within an easy walk into Keswick. Tastefully decorated big bedroom in the traditional victorian style with orginal features. Exceptionally clean and comforable with all facilities required. Breakfast room very pleasant with good variety choice of food well cooked and presented. Sharon the owner is a lovely lovely lady very helpful with local advise and places to go. Would definitely recommend to stay. “

„Loved our huge Van Gogh decorated bedroom and great en-suite. Lovely and light with huge window. Breakfast, great range of choices. You couldn't leave hungry. Downside was that we were unable to use the TV because of the Sky set-up. Only catered for two users at any one time. However, we weren't there to watch TV. Hosts, Mandy and Dan were very accommodating and welcoming, as were their three dogs. Would definitely recommend.“

„Maple Bank is a gem of a place. Super location literally 100 yards from a bus stop, which has an hourly bus right through to midnight, with a £2 fare cap! We chose to walk in to Keswick one morning which took about 50 minutes. Check-in was great and informative, outlining options for breakfast for vegetarian & vegan choices. Breakfast was superb with quality ingredients. All freshly made. Room was perfectly equipped and had everything you could need. Great range of local toiletries. Highly ...

„We had a wonderful stay. Our room was small but very comfortable with views of the hills. The tea and coffee choices are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices. The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic. We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. “
