„Von Anfang bis Ende war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel einfach fantastisch. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam – man merkt, dass hier Service großgeschrieben wird. Unser Zimmer war modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war top – geräumig, mit Pflegeprodukten und einer großen Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen: frisches Obst, ...

„Grandiose Aussicht mit Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist einwandfrei, neu(artig) und sauber. Das grosse Bad mit freistehender Badewanne, zwei Lavabos, Duschabteil und getrenntem WC plus Ankleidezimmer ist toll! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und absolut sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Daher 5*. ABER der Service am Pool und Strandabschnitt, welcher sehr klein und das Wasser trüb ist, ist schlecht. Es wird nicht abgeräumt, so dass Elstern/Raben? belagern und der Essensmüll herumfliegt. Auch ...

„Der Aufenthalt im Bab Al Qasr war traumhaft und wir waren traurig, dass wir schon so früh wieder gehen mussten. Es wird definitiv nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir im Bab Al Qasr übernachtet haben.“

„The hotel is very old and you will see it everywhere. the breakfast is very crowded and not well organized. our kids had a lot of fun at the pool and waterpark. However, due to the great service we have received we still would recommend the hotel. “

„A Truly Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to Marina Mall and Corniche Beach (by taxi) but still peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!“
