Really handy washer and dryer. The outside gas grill was a lovely bonus! Hosts were responsive and generous. Could use an extra bathroom with a full house, but otherwise ideal for a large family gathering. “

„The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return. “

„The vacation home is cozy and welcoming, and in an excellent location. The kids had a blast at the beach, the swimming pool, and even the balcony, which has a satisfying view. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow, and the host responded to messages promptly. We will come back.“

„Dianne was the most responsive host that we’ve ever been involved with. Not that we really had any issues, but she was very quick to answer and respond to our questions.The home itself is amazing! Very comfortable, and extremely well supplied. Previous rentals we’ve had required we bring many staples, but we found EVERYTHING that we thought we needed was already supplied by Diane!If I could give 10 stars, I would. The best VRBO we’ve ever rented, hands down.“

„We loved the location and communication with the owner. An 8 minute walk to the waterfront and evwn closer (2 minutes) to the Farmer's Market. Note is that the driveway is pretty narrow so no room to turn around (so you need to either back into the drive or back into the road when leaving. Only other thing was we did feel the yard needed to be mowed/trimmed. Besides that minor observation, we loved staying here and would do so again.“
