There is a lovely little hiking trail just down the hill from the house and Harper's Ferry is not far and has countless outdoor activities- (including a brand new bungee jumping site) and lots of great place to eat.The River Country Store is even closer and is a great little stop to pick up food basics and gifts. „Home was clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled/updated. The host was very responsive and when the oven wasn't working properly, they went to Lowes and purchased a new one immediately! Made our short trip much easier not having to eat out or find a last minute option for our kids/babysitter on Friday evening. „Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with.
