„What an amazing view when we first walked in. It never became old but instead enjoyed all the activities of both human and animal! Met neighbor who was delightful and shared about the area. Beds comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Great history to the home and close to restaurants and Bodega shopping. “

„Aside from the patio furniture that was not cleaned and a bit weathered, the overall stay was great. The listing said to bring charcoal for the grill, but it wasn’t necessary because there was a propane grill and I also received an email the day of our arrival that charcoal was not allowed. I called the property manager to clarify this, but they never got back to me. Inside the cabin was very clean and cozy. “

„Treat yourself to a stay at this cabin! We rent often-- Elizabeth was exceptionally service-oriented and friendly. The cabin was extra special in regards to decor, bed comfort, and having everything you need. We especially enjoyed the sound system that we set on spa music throughout the cabin. Starlink (recently installed) worked great for us just enough to stay in touch by text and emails, phone was a bit spotty. „The property was clean and nicely updated. The kitchen and bath were both well appointed. The property situated in a forest with lovely trees and plants surrounding the outdoor space. We were very comfortable and felt quite at home. The area itself was a bit of a disappointment because we had small children with us. The river beaches were rocky and the town of Guernville was pretty torn up with road work which made if difficult with children.“

„This was the sweetest, most magical little treehouse cottage. The attention to detail, cozy linens, and high end finishes make it the perfect place to retreat and rest. Megan was very helpful and easy to communicate with! Great proximity to hikes, restaurants, and the coast. We really loved breakfast at Cape Fear, and drove up the coast one night for dinner at Coast Kitchen which was totally worth the drive. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!“
