Villa Vivi Natura – Relax between Sea and Mountains



Nestled at the foot of Monte Arci, with a splendid view of the distant sea and the surrounding mountains, Villa Vivi Natura is the ideal place for a holiday dedicated to nature, relaxation, and privacy.



The villa, about 100 m², features a small outdoor spa with an above-ground pool, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower. You have a large covered patio, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and all rooms, and a washing machine. The villa offers a private outdoor area of two fenced hectares, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub (myrtle, mastic, wild olive, rockrose), ensuring privacy, as well as a large garden with centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, and a barbecue. The house is about 30 km from the beaches of the west coast, such as "Is Aruttas", "Tharros" and "Torre dei Corsari". Numerous hiking trails nearby allow you to reach the summit of Monte Arci. The area is also ideal for horseback riding and boat trips along the coast. The property is only 15 km from Oristano. You have parking and an electric car charging station. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Oil and seasonal fruit are offered. You are required to respect recycling rules (more information available on site) and may freely pick fruit from the garden trees.

Ontspannende accommodatie! Van alle zomerse gemakken voorzien

Zeer comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima uitvalsbasis voor de kust en stranden en het binnenland. Afgelegen locatie maar dus heerlijk rustig met een ruim opgezette en goed onderhouden tuin. Fijn schaduwrijk terras, heerlijk zwembad, whirlpool, butendouche en fijn bedjes in de tuin. Aanrader!

Great house with a 5mx10m pool and whirlpool in a fantastic garden.

Pros: The house has absolutely no neighbours, but still is relatively close to the city of Oristano and several beaches. You can really recharge your battery here!

Mooi, authentiek huis op een prachtige locatie

Pros: Het huis ligt op een afgelegen locatie en biedt veel privacy. Het is heerlijk rustig, je hoort ‘s avonds alleen de schapen in de wei ernaast. De tuin is groot en goed verzorgd, diverse fruitbomen en olijfbomen. Het is omheind, onze hond kon lekker vrij rondrennen. Het gras wordt automatisch besproeid. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn erg aangenaam. Het huis zelf is bijzonder gebouwd, hoge ruimtes die heerlijk koel zijn. En voor extra koeling zijn er airco’s. Het is heel volledig ingericht met een goed uitgeruste keuken. Met het overdekte terras is het heerlijk in de schaduw chillen op de strandbedjes. Het contact met de eigenaar Gianfranco was snel en prettig. We konden onze elektrische auto, zonder extra kosten, opladen bij de garage die achter het huis ligt. Heel fijn want de dichtstbijzijnde hypercharger (Tesla) is in Oristano. In de buurt is genoeg te ontdekken, mooie plaatsjes, cultureel erfgoed, mooie wandelroutes en het strand. Daarvoor heb je wel een auto nodig. Superplek! Cons: -
