The location is close to the places of interest and souks. The rooms and the building are completely refurbished and the facilities are very new and comfortable. Everything was very clean and there is a really nice atmosphere due to the little special details everywhere (hand-made soap in the bathroom, smell of orange blossoms due to essential oils, birds and plants in the patio etc. ). We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this riad. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and I am quite picky when it comes to accommodations. We stayed one week at Riad Khabia and had a great time! The Riad is closed to the palace and the Souk or at the Djemaa el Fna are easy to reach. We were happy that the Riad was not in the Souk or at the Djemaa el Fna. We think the south oft he city is more safe as the north and closed tot he airport. Ales war perfekt, sehr nettes Personal, am Rande der Medina, vorteilhaft da man nicht mitten drin war, trotzdem zentraler Platz in 15 Minuten zu erreichen ! Empfehlenswert, würden gerne wieder kommen.

It was a dream staying in this Riad. It was from beginning not the feeling beeing guest it was beeing part of the Family. You don`t have to ask for favours they were fullfilled without asking. Es wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Sogar der Kamin im Zimmer wird auf Wunsch eingeheizt.

Wir haben uns gut erholen können, weil Alfassia abseits der lauten und umtriebigen Stadt liegt. Die Terrasse mit Pool hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Personal ist freundlich, diskret und professionell. Das Hammam ist sauber und heiß und somit ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Riad insgesamt ruhig und entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war landestypisch und sehr lecker.
